Can I Pay with Bitcoin?
We’re pleased to accept Bitcoin through both Stripe and Bitpay!
At the moment, Bitpay is only letting us process 1,000 USD per day, so if you have have trouble with them, try using Stripe.
Can I pay with Altcoins?
At this time, we don’t have a payment integrated that allows us to accept Altcoins. Moolah was a top consideration, but then, well, you know…
Can I pay with Credit Card?
One day we won’t need these things anymore, but until then, we accept all major credit cards through Stripe.
Can I pay with Money Order/Check/Western Union?
What are the washing instructions?
- Machine wash warm with like colors
- Only non-chlorine bleach when needed
- Tumble dry medium
- Do not iron on printed graphics
- Dryclean: any solvent except trichloroethylene
How do I know what size I am?
There’s a size chart on every product page. Just take out some measuring tape and your best fitting t-shirt/hoodie/longsleeve tee and compare with the chart.
Do you offer organic or sweatshop free garments?
Not at this time, but if this is a product you’d be interested in, shoot us an email and let us know. We’ll see if we can work something out.
Do you offer prints?
We’d like to, but we need a bit more time to get Pro Crypto up on it’s feet. If you are really interested, we suggest signing up for our email list. You’ll be the first to know!
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer shipping through both standard USPS and Fedex:
- 3-5 days within USA
- 5-10 days to Canada
- 10-20 days Worldwide
- 1-3 days within USA
- 1-5 days to Canada
- 1-5 days Worldwide
How are sales tax and custom duties handled?
Sales tax is only applied on orders shipped to California (sorry California). Interstate commerce laws mandate that all orders shipped within the state that the company is based in are subjected to sales tax.
Customs duties are calculated based on the retail purchase price listed on the package invoice form. The specific costs are subject to the laws of your resident country.
How long does it take to process orders?
For the moment, our orders are printed on-demand, which means we don’t have a standing inventory. Every time a product is ordered, it takes between 2-7 days for our fulfilment partner to process the order (this time depends on warehouse factors and order volume from other partner companies).
Orders that have selected expedited shipping receive preference with our fulfilment partner and tend to be processed quicker than standard orders.
Once our business starts growing and we get more shirts our there, we’ll be able to keep a stock of shirts and then we should have a shorter process time. So go on! Tell your friends about us!
Help! My product is missprinted/damaged.
Oh no! We’ll do everything we can to make it better. We have to review these on a case by case basis. Please send us a detailed email along with a photo of the product.
Help! I ordered the wrong size.
Dear God Man! Unfortunately, at this stage in our start-up we don’t keep an inventory. All of our orders are processed on demand. As such we have to pay as each order is processed. At this time we can’t make exchanges for anything other than poor product quality, lost orders, or damaged orders. As we grow, we strive to have better solutions in place for this kind of issue.
If the item you received does not match the size you purchased, send us a picture of the label and your order number and we’ll fix that for you.
